Context

SIBSO has chosen GiSmartware to implement its “collective and non-collective sanitation” web GIS. The management of collective/networked sanitation is delegated to Veolia and to Suez.

SIBSO (Syndicat Mixte du Bassin Supérieur de l’Orge) ensures that the following services are provided on its territory:

• Watercourse management;
• Collective sanitation for 19 municipalities;
• Individual/non-networked sanitation for 19 municipalities;
• Management of rain water for 5 municipalities.

Implementation (2017)

The solution put in place with mapping makes it possible to ensure:

• The implementation of a unique asset reference system throughout your territory;
• Management of the Individual/Non-networked Sanitation: description of works, appointments, alerts, reporting on mobility solutions;
• Management of calls (registration, assignment, acknowledgment);
• Progress monitoring via reporting and themes.
